Attention parents of all year 7 students and parents of year 9 boys - notes and consent forms for the Vaccination Program have been sent home with students. Students need to return the consent form to Mr. Footit this week. All students will receive the HPV vaccine, year 7 students will also be vaccinated for whooping cough and chicken pox.
