Attention radar ear fans! Mavis, Hitch & Riggins have been working hard on a tshirt design, which they wanted to show you today. Once all of the money from having the shirts printed is recouped, well be putting all proceeds toward costs for saving dogs like the little white and blue beauty here. Many Pitbulls with incredible temperaments come into shelters with minor medical issues that keep them from going to the adoption floor, and are available to rescue only. Many rescues, like the one I volunteer for, Mid-America Bully Breed Rescue, is foster-home based, most all of which are almost always full. When we hear about an urgent dog we want to pull, we often have to put the dog in a boarding facility short-term while we find a foster home. Those costs arent cheap, but having funds to do so truly saves lives. The dog pictured here is at a shelter that has to euthanize for space, and she has some skin issues, but is reported to have a very sweet disposition. Im on a mission (along a network of friends and Bully lovers) to bring her into rescue, but at the moment I cant foster. So, Im raising money to cover costs associated with her vetting, boarding, and transport. Were taking pre-orders now--well have mens and womens gray tshirts like the one pictured. We expect them to be $15 + shipping, and will likely be several weeks until theyre ready to ship.
