Attitude is everything! Maturity is not always a function of age but attitude! The attitude u portray mirrors the level of ur mindset. Those who flare up at d slightest offence still have a lot to learn no matter how old they may be! Ur good certificate may shoot u so high in life, but believe me, it takes only a gud attitude for u to remain there! A bad attitude is like a flat tyre, u cannot move forward with it until u fix it! Many great men who would have left indelible land marks in their different fields of endeavour, have had to be shamefully dethroned just because of an unchecked bad, foul and repulsive attitude! No one is born with a good attitude...it is gotten through IMPARTATION(by parents, relatives, friends, teachers and clergies) and INTERNALISATION(by d child). Parents, what do u impart in ur child? It forms d bane of his attitude when he grows up(Prov.22:6). Child, what do u internalise? The good manners taught u by ur parents or d evil ones taught u by ur friends? Whichever u choose determines, very seriously, how ur attitude will be. Now, very many girls are unmarried today, not because of a spell from a witch in their village or a diabolic projection or manipulation but b/c of one bad attitude or d other. Efforts must have been made by the parents of such girls to correct to correct them even at very tender ages but they looked down on their parents and now its taking a toll on them. Many young boys are in prisons or helplessly trapped in junevile delinquencies because of an attitude they refused to change despite the efforts of their Parents! Hear this...for every INSTRUCTION given to u by ur parents, theres a forseen future DESTRUCTION intended to avert! So those boys and girls who rebuff d admonitions of their parents on d ground dat they are old enough to take care of themselves, need to have a rethink now when it is not yet late! Finally, d word of God has d highest ability and capability to mould lives and transform attitudes! As u give urself to a daily, dilligent and meditative study of Gods word, the Holy ghost will gradually but powerfully change every bad attitudes in u and replace them with good, attractive, admirable and positive ones!
