Attn 2.0 members we have gotten a lot of request for a food/paleo challenge for people who want to lose weight. I believe there are 3 main ways to coach/lead someone 1.from the behind- (encourage,motivate and push them in the right direction) 2.from the side-grab there hand and help Guide them. 3.do as I do ..watch me and follow Normally I use 1 and 2 but I am going to flip the script and do #3! I am going to put myself on a 10 week lean down challenge and show how it can be done! Hopefully it will inspire and teach others how to do it! I will have a separate Facebook page and you can follow my transformation on it will be open for you to ask questions too! Then The next 10 weeks will be a muscle gain program! It will start this coming Monday !! Rich
