I hope we can make Florida the #12 State to declare road block/check points are illegal because of our oaths to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. The U. S Supreme Court ruled that these types of road chekpooints are clearly a violation of the Fourth Ammendment of the United States; however, they left it up to the each State to determine their jurisdictions legislation. Those legislators are clearly in violation of the Constitution of their oath of office Committing Perjury.
