Attorney Brent Coon, says BP should change their name to BS. They mislead at every level. They have repeatedly lied courts, to congress, to the press, and to claimants. In court they lied saying there was only a 1,000 gallons a day spilling while in fact it was determined to be 50,000. They announced a settlement two ago. 75% of the claimants have not received the$5,000 for the loss of their business. In another settlement with 10,000 claimants, they have only paid 2 of them. Now they are claiming overpayment and filed a motion to get the money back from those who are still suffering. How deep are their pockets with record profits and money kept off shore, that allows the starving of claimants and the courts. The mess they left behind is horrendous. We now know there is over a billion pounds of Corexit mix driven down into the substrata keeping the oil away from the visibility of the media so they can lie about the cleanup. Our government allows them to continue to operate while they were on probation, as convicted felons, for killing 15 at a refinery explosion in Texas. . on.msnbc/1o0BlFB
