***Attracting the right people to your biz opp...what do you need to consider? A lot of people want to recruit someone into their deal without checking if that person is serious, has the drive and will fully commit to being a team player. now that we have Facebooks graph search, there is no excuse for not going after the exact types of people that we feel we could work with. you can go and search for people by almost any characteristic about them that you like...a lot of you know that. but anyway, my suggestion is to make a list of a minimum of 5 things that you want your ideal team mate to be, and 5 things you DONT want in that person. When you ask the universe for something and you are not clear on what you are after, you will not receive it... so if you havent already done so, get at little more aligned with with the type of people you want to ATTRACT into your business and your life! hangoutwithseb ~
