Auction Update: A big THANK YOU to those who have already purchased their auction tickets. Dont forget, tickets are on sale now! You can purchase your tickets for both the Auction and the Student Skating event now online here: https://access.tofinoauctions/april5 This is the foundations biggest fundraising event of the year. ACCESS Auction=STAFF!!! Last year we provided 0.55 FTE for ACCESS staffing. This helped to ensure that we could offer art from Mr. Brockman to all students and have our counselor. It matters!!!! Heres where we stand: Photos: We have about 75 photos collected from families so far for our slideshow (we would like to get around 100). If you have photos youve taken at ACCESS, please send them to me at kbyfield@hotmail If you have A LOT of photos to share, just send me your email address via private message and Ill share the online album with you so you can drop them in yourself. Thanks! Food: Sign up to bring food here: vols.pt/NRwwY6 If you dont want to sign up but you want to bring something, let me know and I can add your name onto the sign up sheet. Donations: This is the week to turn donations in! We need to make sure we have everything catalogued and ready to go to the printer for the event. Procuring items (or coming up with something you can do) is still an option!!! Its not too late, we just want to make sure we get the donations we know are still hanging out there turned in as well. Keep on gathering donations!!! Volunteers: These are the remaining volunteer needs for the auction: 1 person for check out (approx. 9:00-10:00 pm) 3 people for check in (approx. 5:30-7:00 pm) photographer for the night 2 to enter/file/prepare items as tables close 2 for clean up after the auction ends Wine: We still need WINE! If you have a bottle of wine, or can pick up a bottle of wine, our wine procurement group would greatly appreciate it. Please make sure it has a donation form attached to it as we have to show it comes from a distributor or brewing facility. Thanks! Hip Chicks Do Wine (4510 SE 23rd Ave) has offered to give a discount to families purchasing bottles of wine for the school auction.
