Audi ups the luxury quotient in the ‘City of Lakes’; opens world-class showroom in Udaipur • Audi opens state-of-the-art showroom in Udaipur - second luxurious Audi showroom in Rajasthan after Jaipur • Spread over almost 10000 sq. ft. located on Ahmedabad Road, Udaipur • High quality network growth is one of the four pillars of Audi’s growth strategy - to expand the network footprint to 40 dealerships by 2014 • Udaipur: Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer today opened Audi Udaipur, its second showroom in Rajasthan after Jaipur. The entire Audi India model range will be available for sale in this new showroom. This world-class showroom was inaugurated by Mr. Joe King, Head, Audi India and Mr. Aditya Kasliwal, Managing Director, Audi Udaipur and Audi Jaipur (Kamal Autotech Pvt. Ltd.). “Audi as a brand resonates the richness and grandeur that Udaipur and Rajasthan stand for. Audi India is the only German luxury car maker to have opened two showrooms in Rajasthan. This reflects our seriousness about the Rajasthan market, which is significant in our growth strategy. We are further sprucing up our efforts to bring our sporty, progressive and sophisticated product line-up, innovative customer-connect initiatives and superior after-sales service closer to our customers in Rajasthan,” said Mr. Joe King, Head, Audi India. Located on Ahmedabad Road, Audi Udaipur is spread over a total area of 10,000 sq. ft. including the showroom and the service facility. Audi Udaipur has a honeycomb aluminum facade on the exterior with a display area that can showcase the Audi model range available in India. Furthermore, Audi Udaipur will also house an Audi Shop where customers can purchase a variety of Audi branded merchandise. “The emergence of a more progressive, discerning class of people from smaller cities who understand, value and aspire to own a luxury brand like Audi, are significantly contributing to the transformation of the luxury landscape in India. We are concentrating our efforts at meeting the higher demand of luxury cars from cities like Udaipur and more, which are now, undeniably, the new hubs of luxury,” added Mr. King, Head, Audi India. “We are excited to continue our association with Audi in Udaipur after a successful partnership with Audi Jaipur. With world-class showrooms in Jaipur and Udaipur, we are confident about consolidating our leadership position in Rajasthan. The opening of this second showroom in the state reiterates, Kamal Autotech Pvt. Ltd’s. constant efforts at bringing to the people of Rajasthan, Audi’s technologically advanced products, services, facility and most importantly the distinct luxury experience that the brand with the four rings is known for globally,” said Mr. Aditya Kasliwal, Managing Director, Audi Udaipur and Audi Jaipur (Kamal Autotech Pvt. Ltd.). Audi Udaipur will also manage the exclusive Audi service facility located in the same premises. The service facility will have a capacity to service 5 cars per day in a single shift on a total of 3 bays and 1 direct reception along with body shop and paint shop. The technicians at the facility are trained to ensure world-class services to the customers. Audi India plans to expand its network to 40 dealerships by the end of 2014. The company opened new showrooms in Visakhapatnam and Nashik earlier this year. The Audi model range in India includes the Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi A7 Sportback, Audi A8L, Audi Q3 S, Audi Q3, Audi Q5, Audi Q7, Audi S4, Audi S6, Audi RS 5 Coupé, Audi RS 7 Sportback, Audi TT Coupé, the super sports car Audi R8, Audi R8 Spyder and the Audi R8 V10 plus available across the country: in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi Central, Delhi South, Delhi West, Goa, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kanpur, Karnal, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mangalore, Mumbai South, Mumbai West, Nagpur, Nashik, NaviMumbai, Pune, Raipur, Surat, Udaipur, Vadodara and Visakhapatnam.
