Audrey got up at 5:30 this am which is generally Mommys quiet time and then Val & I work out at 6 am. So instead of say I will do it later...we did it together anyway and Audrey decided to join in. She tried every move that we did or decided to helpin mommy. #imaxedout really early today at 10:43. Not sure what that was about but...since I had already maxed out I decided to catch Audrey in action. She is so cute. She loves it when she hears Beachboday in that hushed deep voice when we turn on the DVD. She runs over to do workout?. We lead by example and teach through our actions that exercise and eating heathy are normal and good for you and your body. Love that they see it that way too and are already trying to help and teach their friends as well. Give Audrey a way to go Auds in the comments for maxing out today. & Share her cuteness ❤️
