August 14 - Hello, As our body is filled to overflowing with Light, it illuminates the blocks an density that is there so that we can look at it and heal it. Many emotions are being brought up for us, many that are not even ours. Our vibrations are being raised whether we want it or not. As we resist the letting go of these energies, it will cause pain physically or emotionally. This is why some of us are dealing more with our emotions, others with more physical pains and some are experiencing both. Thanks for the current influx of energies, we ache from the top of our head to the bottom of our feet. The pain seems to be mostly in the areas of the Heart and Throat Chakras with shoulder pain, neck pain, jaw, pain, back pain, heart palpitations, chest pain, difficulty breathing, heartache, grief and sadness. There have also been odd, menstrual type cramps. The energies continue to cause us to detox physically and emotionally. Drink lots of water, eat more raw foods and protein, take extra potassium for muscle cramps and remember to breathe. The Sun is fairly quiet again after releasing several high C Class Flares yesterday. Solar Winds are slightly elevated. There have been Earthquakes in Mexico, Indonesia, Russia, Tonga and Philippines. HAARP is active across the US.
