Qualified candidates will be trained to provide customers with information concerning immigrant and non-immigrant benefits; work will be performed in a contact center operated by Hewlett Packard-Enterprise Services (HP). Other supporting agencies include the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services Division for Blind Services (DARS DBS) and the Veterans Administration.
