Author Biography Born in Liverpool in 1954, William j. Moylan lived in Africa for twenty-five years. In Africa he led an eventful life. Very different from the one that would have been if he had stayed in Liverpool. Life out of England has given him a view of the country of his birth as that of a neutral. Aware of world affairs he pays it constant attention; once referred to as an angry old man for his reluctance to ignore the state of current world affairs; as well his admittance he is a realist at heart. A belief that windows of opportunity open in our lives constantly - we all must see and take our chances; hoping in hope the window of opportunity has arrived. It is the optimist characteristic and responsibility that drives him to seek a more appropriate way of leaving some kind of legacy for his off spring; a daughter and son: and their children as to what kind of blood line or heritance they came from. An inspiration or some kind of brick in the wall of his descendents to aspire to.
