Authorities have identified the person who they say claimed a bomb was in his vehicle, shutting down the Interstate 210 bridge for eight hours Monday morning. A stalled car was reported at 4:33 a.m. as a vehicle on fire, but when law enforcement arrived the car was not on fire, Louisiana State Police Troop D spokesman James Anderson said in a news release. The driver of the vehicle, Jovani A. Galindo, 24, of Colton, Calif., claimed there was a bomb in the vehicle, Anderson said.
