Im sure Ill step on a few toes with this, but this is MY opinion and Im going to voice it. Now before I say anything, I have to say I am a fan of the guys work. Hes one of the best on the mic and was pretty damn good in the ring. Not the best by any means, and if you think otherwise youre kidding yourself. But I will never truly respect him. CM Punk walks out on the fans, I dont care about the company, because Im sure he valid reasons to leave the company. I havent listened to his interview, and I dont plan to. I cannot support someone who doesnt even say a word to his fans. He never acknowledged it or anything. I can understand a little bit why he wouldnt. But at the same time, your fans deserve answers. They paid to see you, they are the reason why youre allowed to complain so much. Hes been complaining about WWE from the very start. I dont respect that. He was given an opportunity most guys would kill for. I have read some articles where they have quoted something from his interview. And the one that stood out the most is his claims that WWE didnt seem to care about his well being and that the WWE doctor didnt do anything for him. I simply cant believe that. Why would they jeopardize an assets health? That doesnt make any sense from a business stand point. Im sure the bills for his injuries and stuff were well within WWEs budget. Thats the only thing I really want to discuss. A lot of people said he sounded more like a disgruntled former employee. Im not a biased person, so I cant simply call him a liar or disgruntled. Those of you who listened to the interview, what did you think? Does come across as a disgruntled former employee, or does he sound genuine? Since I know this is a touchy subject, I will say this right now, any flaming of any kind will not be tolerated by me, I will block you or ban you or whatever the hell it is. The other admins can choose to let you back in. There is no reason we cant be civil. RRS
