In the Appendix section of each book there are a hosts of forms, questionnaires, and worksheets for helping both families and professionals assess sensory, social, strengths and preferences, emotional, and life skills needs. There are feeling charts and behavior assessment forms, a comprehensive core deficit assessment and a comfort zone profile form for summaries your child’s strengths, weaknesses and supports needed. These charts and forms will help guide caregivers through the process of “where is my child at and what needs to be worked on.” They also provide good information to give to teachers, professionals, and other support people.
