***Available for Adoption!*** A volunteer writes: Im not sure where to start about my friend, Lion. A GORGEOUS dog, in a dark greige coat with gold threads, soulful but friendly eyes, a wagging tail, perfect weight, amazing personality and thats the beginning of Lion. He looks imposing at first, but toss a ball or a toy his way and all bets are off! He morphs into a playful puppy, happily chasing a ball, tossing it around with abandon and able to amuse himself endlessly. Of course, if a human decides to join in the fun all the better, because catching a ball on the fly is also good fun and having someone to bring it back to is even better than that! Lion settles down into a sit when asked to, takes treats gently, and showed off his housetraining skills when we first exited the building. He loves to be pet, coming in close for some loving, and then happily settles down for a good chomp on the tennis ball. Large in stature, large in personality, and large in love, Lion is waiting to find a new family to love and play with. Hes so totally engaging youll find yourself laughing at his antics and calling him in for some cuddling.
