Avan has been performing Chinese pole for over 10 years, and has been part of a modern redevelopment of the discipline that has seen it go from a sequence of static holds to a complex choreographic framework that is both beautiful and intricate. Power tricks (intermediate/advanced) Sunday 16th November 1.45pm – 3.15pm This is an introduction to modern chinese pole power moves led by world renowned artist Avan Whaite. Known for his technical precision unique movement style Avan will provide detailed technical insight as well as specific exercises designed to achieve maximum power in minimum time.
