Avraham Herzlich אברהם הרצליך Is a Jewish Shepherd who has been grazing his flock of goats in the fields around the village of Kfar Tapuach - כפר תפוח in the Shomron for the past 15 years. Yesterday unknown vandals uprooted and destroyed about 750 meters of fence and fence polls at the edge of the field bordering on the road. This fence is meant to keep the goats from walking into the road and endangering the cars and themselves. Avraham is going to need help rebuilding this fence.
