Awe how much I missed Dr Nagourney & his amazing staff! I should be doing chemo tomorrow. But Dr N and I discussed the pros of holding chemo this week and first getting a CT scan (I am opting out of Pet Scans) The pro is we can see if the tumors have shrank or progressed. Why is this important? I do have some tumors that can be felt, they are larger. So Dr N said, with the chemo, hyperthermia and all the other treatments if the cancer is still progressing we need to come up with a new plan. So why no chemo? Because I have an amazingly brilliant Doctor and he said, if this chemo combo is no longer working than it is doing more harm than good. My CT is Monday and than well have some direction! Love Sarah💞
