Awesome chest and shoulder workout today can you say volume and heavy ass weight!!!!! 6 sets Low incline bb press up to 405lbs 12-6 reps with 3-4 forced reps on the last 2 sets 4 sets flat db press 12-8 reps 4 sets incline db fly 12-8 reps 3 sets flat machine press 12-8 reps 6 sets pec dec 25 sec rest between each set . Killer pump 4 sets seated behind the neck press 12-8 reps 4 sets front bb press 12-8 reps 4 sets standing side laterals raises 15-10 reps followed by 2 drop sets Rear Delts traps will be done tomorrow with my back training . Look for that tomorrow guys!!!
