Awesome movie night at Normal Public Library last night, if you couldnt make it Hungry for Change is on Netflix, or a 20 min. free version is on their website. IT IS WORTH THE WATCH!!!! Thanks those that braved the weather and came out! Thanks also Dr J, John, Alicia, and Beth for putting it all together. To sum it up - we NEED to be aware of what is in our food and the effect it has on our bodies...shocking what we think we know that we dont! This will blow you away and give you the info you NEED to live healthier lives!
