Awesome workout with fellow fit mommy Angelique Kyle Arbuckle this morning. All completed within 46min - BOOM! And might I add BOTH us mommies were woken at crazy hours last nigh with 2 year olds not sleeping through. LOVE how moms just get the work done with NO EXCUSES! Single leg press - 15 each leg Walking lunges - 24 reps 14kg KB sumo squats - 15 reps 14kg KB deadlifts - 15 reps Step ups - 15 each leg Plyo lunges - 24, 20, 20 3 rounds TRX pull ups - 15 Pushups - 15 DB shoulder press - 15 Battle rope - 30 secs BB bicep curls - 15 Bench dips - 15 3 rounds Last block no rest. 30 secs work 10 secs to transition for 3 rounds: Stair runs Crunches Mountain climbers We were drenched in sweat, our lungs were on fire and our bodies felt like lead.
