Awright folks - Im hearing from a couple of people, and not loving what Im hearing. Youre all really triggered by this, understandably. Time to check in, everyone. Post a comment sharing what youre doing right now to ground yourself. If youre not doing something to ground yourself, then start breathing to ground yourself, and then cheat off of other comments, and start doing something to ground yourself. Freaking yourself out more is a great way to keep me employed, but my schedules pretty full, thanks. So - lets get some healthy coping going on, okay?
