Ayub Siddiqui (Managing Director, Sanofi Pakistan) will join us as Panelist during Leaders Dialogue at Asian Leadership & HRM Summit on Thursday, August 21, 2014 in LAHORE, the Cultural Capital of South Asia. Topic for this dialogue is The Challenge of Transformation - A Test of Leadership. Ayub Ahmed Siddiqui joined Sanofi Pakistan in April 2014 as Managing Director & General Manager. Ayub Siddiqui comes from Abbott Nutrition International where he had been Country General Manager since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Karachi University and brings rich experience of Sales and Marketing in the pharmaceutical sector as well as in the nutrition business. He began his career from Bayer Pharma, subsequently joining the Marketing teams of Johnson & Johnson and Knoll Pharmaceuticals. Before moving to Abbott, he worked as General Manager Pharma for the Business Unit handling Nutrition and Infection in Merck-Serono for 7 years. He has a successful experience in turning around business in Abbott and Knoll. On the Sanofi panel he represents the affiliate as a Management Committee Member at the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI). Member of the Pharma Bureau (a sub-Committee of the OICCI), Executive Committee Member of the Pakistan France Business Alliance (PFBA) and Member of the Pakistan Business Council (PBC). In his spare time, Ayub Siddiqui engages in healthy activities and takes keen interest in Sports, particularly Squash and Cricket. He loves to read on Leadership, Change Management, Science fiction and History. Teaching being his passion, the topics on which he likes to teach include Strategic Management, Marketing Management and Leadership skills.
