Ayurvedic detox report! day 1, disciplined day 2, headache and really challenging, very tired, had to eat some fresh grapes, and ate a whole pot of natural yoghurt as was hungry. day 3, feeling lighter and energised! Added dried figs, dried apricots and prunes to the fruit stew. I revisited my notes from last year and see that it is important to eat at the same time every day because the mind likes patterns and familiarity. Since this is a good pattern of regular eating, it might be difficult because it is breaking a bad habit!
