Ayyyyyye I just got my printer back working and my computer is running like a dream again. Big shout out to Dell Tech Support they really made this 1 hour 30 minute process painless....now I do not have to go and us other people printer. Thanks Lisa Whitney for being there for me when I needed to print something. I feel whole again now....it is just the little things that makes me sooo happy....yeah ya
