One who can be absolutely beautiful and atrociously ferocious all in the passing of mere moments. But he does not negate to love me back, Even when I ve had the momentary notion to walk away, he reaches for me in ways that call me back and holds me fast. He is unique, and somehow not, with idiosyncratic issues and the occasional need of a tissue. But inclusive in this mix is the gentle confidence of fortitude that once in a while slides off and gets bumped into his having a bad attitude. He is a simple and complex puzzle of mixed and contrasting and contradictory textures colors and emotion. Keeping his company has sometimes been more than a simple notion. But he gives me what I tended to lack. He always, whether by commanding or through the art of his tenderness, loves me back...
