When your dad lived 2 miles from where you live and he couldnt visit you I was there..... Every Friday night when I was supposed to pick up my own kid I postponed it because you had football games I was there..... When you had parent teacher conference and your mom couldnt make it could she had conferences of our own I was there...... One no one could be bothered with you I took you to get help because I loved you I was there...... When your own dad never called you on your birthday or not even Christmas I was there...... Ive been told youre not my dad youre too strict but I did it all out of love and I always stayed no matter what I never gave up on you how I get repaid you break into my house and steal from me again being a step dad is not easy but I tried...... I will not call you out by name but Im sure everybody knows who Im talking about..... Just want you to know I know this is difficult we lost somebody so very special to us but I will never turn my back on you I never have and I never will I love you and Im still here
