BANK OF AMERICAN PHISHING SCAMS ALREADY SPREADING Todays announcements about a huge data breach at Bank of America is already tricking people into falling for a load of phishing email B of A Security Request Spam Scams. One just delivered to me was from this very legit looking spoofed email address: . All I have to do is click a link and then give them all the info about my grandmothers (both long dead) and other info that is also none of their biz... unless someone gives it to them. DONT GET TAKEN IN BY EMAILS FROM THESE GREAT LOOKING EMAIL ADDRESSES, SUCH AS: . IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR BA (and if you can tolerate the general inconvenience of their so-called customer service department... oh, and based on that other email post from Scott H today about BA charging $5.00 to replace a physically broken credit card, and if you still havent closed your BA account and moved elsewhere ) PHONE them to find out whats going on instead of getting caught answering a fake email and telling whoever it is when grandma died... was born... or great-uncle, twice-removeds last name.
