BARBADOS Somewhere in the vicinity of Kendall HIll and Briar Hall roundabout there is a man whose elevator does not reach the top floor he has been throwing rocks at cars...a friend of mine was a victim a few nights ago..he was taking a lady up that side and out of nowhere came this rock..more like a mini boulder, (the man is strong) knocked off the side mirror clean, and bits of the glass cut the lady on her head. He reported this to the authorities who had by then received two other reports and was working on apprehending him. So peeps if you are travelling in that general area (at night) and you see a man on the side of the road (last seen) wearing a dark pants and white shirt, please approach with caution but try to stay in control of your vehicle as any sudden attack can or may cause you to swerve and damage yourself or someone else. DO NOT TRY TO CATCH HIM YOURSELF! We have personnel in place to deal with such and they are working on it! Be safe!!
