BASIC SCONES - Friend or follow me facebook/aalaes Join my free recipe group https://facebook/groups/GreatRecipesandMore/ HEY YOU ITS TIME TO get healthy > annagrace.SBC90 / 3 cups of Self Raising Flour 80g Butter 1 cup milk plain flour dice butter into small chunks and rub into SR Flour until breadcrumb consistency, ensuring you only use your fingertips. using a butter knife, mix milk gently into the flour mixture. once all combined, gently dust a bit of plain flour onto the bench and place the scone mixture onto the flour and slowly knead (no more than 30sec) use a rolling pin (slightly dusted with Plain flour) roll out mixture 2 cm thick. use a round scone cutter (or similar) to cut out your pieces. bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees cel) for about 12-15 min until golden brown
