BAULKHAM HILLS: The M2 has reopened westbound in Baulkham Hills but remains closed eastbound due to a serious accident involving two trucks at Windsor Road. Eastbound motorists are advised to avoid the area or expect delays. There is no eastbound access to the M2 from Old Windsor Road or Abbott Road. Motorists wishing to travel east on the motorway can use the Windsor Road on-ramp. Additionally, the M7 remains closed eastbound in Bella Vista due to the accident. Eastbound traffic is being diverted into Norwest Boulevard. Buses in Seven Hills travelling towards the city that normally travel on the M2 are diverting via Old Windsor Road and Seven Hills Road before re-entering the M2 at Windsor Road instead of the M2. Passengers are advised to allow additional travel time. Emergency services, Police Investigators and Traffic Crews remain on site.
