BAWUAH BALLOTELLI APPOLOGISE FOR RED CARD. Italy striker Mario Balotelli has apologised after being sent off during his side’s 0-0 World Cup qualifying draw with the Czech Republic. The Milan forward picked up two yellow cards in just four minutes in Friday’s game, after a reckless challenge on Michal Kadlec was followed by an arm to Theodor Gebre Selassie’s face. The 22-year-old reacted badly to being dismissed, kicking and punching the walls of the tunnel on his way to the changing room. But the striker has shown contrition for his actions on Saturday via his personal Twitter account. “Yesterday my reaction wasn’t right. I apologise. Sorry to my team. I have to learn, still,” he wrote. Despite losing Balotelli, Italy were able to claim a precious draw which keeps them four points clear of Bulgaria at the top of UEFA qualification Group B. Former Manchester City player Balotelli has been in terrific form since returning to Serie A with Milan, scoring 12 goals in 13 appearances. HAHAHAHAHAHAH, Lovely soccer fans do you think he can learn?
