BAY HARBOR FEST will be held July 25 - 27 on the new Bay St. Louis Harbor grounds. The weekend will be FREE to the public. Michael Grimm will perform Friday night. While this year’s event is FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, there will be a limited number of “VIP Meet-&-Greet” and “VIP Front-Stage-Access” tickets for sale at $30 and $20, respectively.
