We aim to make learning fun and encourage this through play. Our main office and showroom is located in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14. Job Vacancy @ We are currently recruiting a new team member. The role as Child Educational Advisor is an exciting new role in which the the candidate will learn about all of our product range and gain a great knowledge in working with children with special needs. When customers visit our showroom, the candidate will be able to advise and demonstrate suitable items dependent upon individual requirements and interests, thereby helping customers choose the perfect products for their children. In addition, there is an onsite Multi-Sensory Area that the candidate will learn how to use and demonstrate to our special little customers. We are looking for a fun, vibrant and enthusiastic candidate who is looking to learn and interested in child development and special needs. Please find below a list of duties and responsibilities that will be required by the candidate: 1. Advise Customers on our product range in store and in our catalogue. 2. Attend tradeshows and events when required. 3. Be available to work weekends when required. 4. Be available to work from 9am during the week 5. Deal with customer queries over the phone and answer emails 6. Computer Skills are essential as the candidate will be expected to look after customer database and online orders. 7. A fun, dynamic and positive attitude is a must! This role is between 30-38 hours per week depending on requirements.
