BB&T is about to lose a customer because the customer service is awful and they cant follow through with their services. Weve been on hold over 20 minutes on an international call that never should have happened if they had actually entered the notes when we called a week ago. No wonder all the small banks go out of business if they cant fulfill basic needs! Horrible! Luckily Wells Fargo is still taking care of us overseas so were making due. Maybe someone at BB&T cares? @wellsfargo @bb&t
