The deliberate starvation of bookshelves of books inside Egypt and Arab countries by censors and even lack of libraries have created something of new type of person of Education without intellectualism as the parents and young fearing that intellectually venturing into political-social debate outside their specialised study was it law ,engineering or medicine chemistry ..etc..will land them in trouble with the political elites and security service and they may be denied promotion in their career.
