BBG&G is hiring! Were looking for an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper. Our full-time Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper will work with our Director of Agency Operations to effectively handle administrative tasks, assist with client work, and perform bookkeeping functions such as payroll, billing, general journal entries, reconciliations, etc. Required Skills: Qualified candidates must possess: - a minimum of two (2) years previous work experience as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant. - a working knowledge of billing, payroll, journal entries, updating and maintaining budgets / financial reports, etc. - Previous customer service / client support skills and experience are essential. - Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Qualified candidates will possess a strong attention to detail. - Previous QuickBooks experience is required. - Proficiency with Excel and MS Word is required.
