BE CAREFUL. I received a phone call 6 times in 4 days from someone telling me they were calling from Microsoft. They verified my email address, ok thats public knowledge, but then they proceeded to tell me that there have been several attempts to hack into my account. They wanted to be sure I was in front of my computer so they could help me fix the problem. I went to Microsofts website, where just as I suspected, it said they dont contact people. The next time I got a call from this scam artist, I told them that I contacted Microsoft about this, and to leave me alone. I havent heard back from them since. That was last week Wednesday! Thank goodness I guess they got the hint and are going to leave me alone.
