BEAUTY BUS LADIES Core Function • Man the assigned Beauty Bus at all times • Undertake promotions activities as assigned, generate new opportunities, and sell the products Core Results Sales achievement Attainment of promotions goal The Beauty Bus and all materials are maintained properly and are in good order Core Activities • Educate customers about each brand, and product offerings per brand • Assist customers in deciding which product(s) best suits their needs and tastes • Assist customers in product trial / product purchase • Pamper Camper: Encourage / lead customers to Glam Van so they can purchase their product(s) of choice • Glam Van: Encourage / lead customers to Pamper Camper (especially those that have not already done so) where they can try the products they are interested in • Facilitate other promotional executions such as games, raffles, and prize giveaways • Promote our social media assets and encourage them to like, follow, and be engaged • Refer any special customers to BECAUSE, Inc.
