BEE SAFE Theres been comments about spraying our fruit trees and is it safe for the Bees. I rarely spray for insects on my fruit trees unless I have a huge problem and if I do decide to spray for insects, I do it in the morning while the Bees are in their homes, not while they are in my fruit trees. I only spray during the Winter and early Spring for Peach Leaf Curl, Scabs and Powdery Mildew. This is all cause by cool wet weather. The spray I use is Sulfur - Fungicide which is Bee friendly. (Serenade, Insecticidal Soap and BT are other Bee Friendly) Never spray your fruit trees while they are blooming. Please post if you guys have any other suggestions on spraying fruit trees that are Bee friendly.
