BELOVED, JESUS WANTS YOU HOME... Every loving and caring father always seek after his lost child. Regardless of what the child might have done; It breaks the heart of every loving father whenever a child of his abscond from home. Beloved, the Father loves you so much that irrespective of what you might have done, He still wants you home. This was the case of the prodigal son, who left his fathers home for a wasteful life. A life of no sense of vision and hope. A life of no focus of where he was going. A life which was characterised as a failure. But at a point in his wasteful life, the Bible tells us that he made a contrast between LIFE AT HOME AND AS A VAGABOND. And afterwards he gain consciousness of himself he said, How many of my fathers hired servants have more than enough bread, but I perish here with hunger! I will arise and go to my father, and I will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Treat me as one of your hired servants.”’ The same scripture tells us that he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, HIS FATHER SAW HIM AND FELT COMPASSION, AND RAN AND EMBRACED HIM AND KISSED HIM. And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son. ’ But the father said to his servants, ‘BRING QUICKLY THE BEST ROBE, and PUT IT ON HIM, AND PUT A RING ON HIS HAND, AND SHOES ON HIS FEET. And bring the fattened calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate. For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. ’ And they began to celebrate. (Luke 15 v 17 - 24 ESV) Today, if you hear His word, harden not your heart, return home. Jesus is looking out for you, a red carpet welcome and a flamboyant celebration awaits you. The Bible says Jesus learned experience from the things He suffered from. Yours may be as a result of the negative choice you took. But its okay; we all do err, but thanks be to God youre home! It is my prayer for you henceforth, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. (Colossions 1 : 9 - 12 - ESV) Beloved, youre welcome back home. But till then, always have an expectation of a positive outcome. Jesus truly cares... Shalom!
