Katuba UPND Member of Parliament Jonas Shakafuswa says it was time for a Tonga to be President of Zambia. Shakafuswa accused other ethnic groupings of being what he referred to as feeling Superior. The Former Finance Deputy Minister says there was nothing wrong and alarming about Munkombwes statement that this was their time to rule.
