BENCHMARK CLOSES 107th “AVENUE J” INTERSECTION SAFETY ISSUE CAUSES STREET CLOSURE Today at 12:30 pm, Benchmark Construction was forced to close the intersection of 107th Avenue J due to a broken manhole. A temporary shaft has been removed and a beam is now in the middle of the road to support the water main and a large trench box will remain in the area to install the new manhole.
