BEOWULF - AUTOJEU THEATRE So you think you know the story of Beowulf the heroic monster slayer? Think again! Autojei theatre has put its own unique spin on the classic tale of Beowulf, the hero of the Geats. Narrated from the Perspective of his loyal, brave and perpetually nauseated best friend who recounts Beowulf’s adventures to his son: the battle with the posh, friendly and misunderstood Grendel, the slaying of his demon mother, and the last epic battle of the old senile hero against his deadliest foe yet… the tin-foil dragon. Although the low-tech style of this production might not be to everyone’s taste, this rendition of the epic tale is certainly worth a watch.
