BEWARE FRIENDS WHILE SHOPPING WITH yepme My order no 2206877 for two jeans was received to me on 22 May 2013 with wrong size. I immediately complained to customer care on 28 May 2013 explaining about wrong size delivery NOT AS PER ORDER. I did formalities all with their web site for change of size and all related matter. But till today I have received only two mails from their side that they will look in to the matter and will do needful immediately. In their last mail which was received to me today they gave me two links and I was advised to log to them for immediate response. But when I logged to that link it SAYS THAT NOW EXCHANGE OF ITEMS ARE TIME BARRED" While I already mailed to them within 5 days of receipt of wrong goods and they claim in their advt that even 30 days we can replace. I dont mind to loose approx Rs 1900 with yepme but I would like to inform you all and warn you all to beware while dealing with them.
