BEWARE HIGHGATE/SWANTON residents: Sean Bliss lives on rt 78 in Highgate and claims to repair computers. Well, I thought I would support a local guy and brought my 1 year old HP lap top to him when I had issues with it. He works for Comcast so I figured the guy knew what he was doing..well, he said I should have it back in 2 days..well phone call after phone call I was told it could not be fixed but it was all together...so I asked him if he could get my stuff off the hard drive and he said yes...then I got a phone call saying it was all together and ready to go..so again, many unanswered phone calls I finally called his house and finally got the computer back....but it is not mine and is in pieces...he put my cover on a bad computer...and he has now blocked my number so I can not call him...so I am out a $600 computer...and being treated badly by the person who said he knew what he was doing. So please beware of this bad person and pass the word...By the way, he had it for over 4 months...
