BEWARE!!! Id like to share some info we have come across within the past few days regarding a specific someone. Id like EVERY admin, rescue, breeder, and individual apart of the pig social networking to be aware of this individual and how she treats her animals. We were lucky to rescue this sweet baby on Jan 10th from these horrid living conditions. Scarlett was living in an empty house in Indiana, in a tiny, muddy, filthy cornered off area in a cold dark garage. Mud, and feces covered her hooves, and ankles as well as different other areas on her body. She had sores on her body and areas that have not been shown any TLC, she had no dry areas to stand or lay to sleep other than cold wet mud, dirt, and feces. There was no sign of a water bowl, or even food bowl.. She was scared and shivering when rescued.. Who knows when the last time she had been feed, given water, touched with kind hands, or even taken outside to breath outside air. No sign of people had been spotted on the outskirts of the house from what it looks like for days. Indiana had around atleast 1 foot of snow at the time of the rescue, and none of it was at the least bit touched on the driveway, doorway or garage from any entrance. These signs, and indications made it clear to us that Scarlett had been left in that cold, dark, wet, garage alone with nothing but herself full of frozen fear for god knows how long. What I want to let everyone know that this is A. NO condition ANY animal should be left in, if you cannot simply care for an animal and provide the needs expected, DO NOT GET AN ANIMAL!! Secondly, I want to make sure all of you are aware of who Scarletts previous owner was therefore NO animal will be placed into her irresponsible hands again. Her name is Kylynn Buwa located in Mishwaka, Indiana. Let I remind you this was also a rescue that was about to be aborted because of such complications in communications but now Scarlett is living the tremendous life she never was given with people who now actually care about her. Please raise awareness and please share this post in concerns that Kylynn Buwa is never given another animal to care for again.
