BEWARE OF A SHADY FLORIST ON THE INTERNET.. FlowersDeliveryExpress Well, it has finally got to me...I ordered the most beautiful Divine Peace Bouquet, with a keepsake Crystal Cross, through FlowersDeliveryExpress for our Grannys funeral. I was unable to go because of not only my health, and I just couldnt leave my son who is in stage four cancer and it is becoming worse. Not only did they NOT deliver it, they lied about it. The funeral home owner had someone to come in early yesterday to receive this flower arrangement to make sure our family and friends received them. They were made up of all white roses, white carnation, all white and baby breaths, over 17 high, and 15 wide. There wasnt any other flower arrangements in solid white. The funeral home owner said the flowers alone would have stood out, and the Crystal Cross would make it standout even more. It was absolutely beautiful, just like Granny was. I paid $131.57 for this arrangement, and they offered me a $50 credit to future orders...They claimed they were delivered. They still have not been delivered to the funeral home, and it is 7:30 PM, and she was laid to rest at 1:00PM, yesterday. The funeral home owner knows our family, and has been in business for 15 years. (handed down business) This Marty claims to have read the notes that the room was full, so the owner put them in the back out of site..Would you believe that? Neither did I. The funeral home owner said they NEVER leave flowers in the back. I put this flower delivery express on speaker. I called my husband, who was at the funeral, and I had him on speaker. Finally, when my husband said, go cancel the payment with the bank, this Marty put me on hold, well, cut me off. As I was calling them back, this Marty called me back. They decided to give me a refund that would take 3-7 business days. Do I trust them? Not in your life. I have all the information, and a picture of the arrangement with the price, and I am heading to the bank in the tomorrow. If they tried to screw me over, I am sure I am not the first, nor the last. Others may have taken the $50 credit, and chalked it up to a bad experience, but not me!
